A Catalog of retrospective activities for high performing agile teams
I often find it difficult to prioritize among good ideas if I don't have a clear description of what problem(s) each one of these ideas solve.Have you tried to add a description or some kind of connection to a problem description to the idea notes?
these ideas are expressed by (1) a high level goal, and (2) the very first concrete step. some ideas are more thoughtful than others. but there are lots that go in words while people are "selling" their ideas. the cool thing : ideas only make to the top if many people get into it.
