I have created a few Google docs for assisting with distributed teams retrospective. Basically, I use a shared Google Drawing for facilitating distributed teams retrospectives. The participants write their notes on colored text boxes placed on a predefined area (as per the activity being used).
I will be converting these Google docs into templates. I am wondering if people running distributed retrospectives will use them. Below is the first template I have created. It is for the Open The Box activity.
